Directions
- Take one capsule daily 30 minutes before sun exposure.
- If you are outdoors for longer than 4 hours, take another capsule. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
- These capsules do not replace your daily sunscreen and should be used together with your high-factor sunscreen for optimum sun protection.
